Refund policy

We do not accept returns, unless your request is within 5 days of delivery, has been approved and the item must be postmarked within 5 days after providing your a return authorization code.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, and we have the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. If we do accept your return, refunds will have a restocking fee applied or if you prefer you can get store credits (with no restocking fee) which must be used within 3 months and applied for one order only and cannot be applied to new shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a return authorization code. If the timelines are not adhered to, your item will not be eligible for refunds or store credits.

To start a return, you can contact us at heavenlyhellworkshop@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return authorization code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded. No exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request the product to be returned for inspection.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom orders or personalized items or special ordered stock. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal items, clearance, as-is items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Items returned without approval/forced returns:

Items marked as return to sender, refusal to pay VAT/customs or brokerage fees or not picked up from the post office will not be accepted as a valid return. This is considered a forced return and as it is paid order, it is the buyers responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If your package is returned after being shipped to the address provided at checkout, this will not be refunded, you will have 30 days to pay for new shipping to have it returned with a new address. Items will not be reshipped until this shipping is paid.
