We try to ship within 5 business days (this excludes weekends and Canadian Holidays). If you need faster shipping please let use know.

Mail in Canada is shipped untracked letter mail for an affordable option but tracked option is available by using parcel rates. Mail is set to 10-30 days within Canada but in the event that it is not received at 45 days, items will not be refunded if you choose untracked. We offer replacements.

Mail to Unite States is automatically shipped as tracked.

Mail internationally is shipped as airmail small packet or tracked upon request. Please realize that each country has different shipping times

Outside of Canada: you order may have tariffs or VAT fees applied which are the responsibility of the purchaser, as import charges are set by your government. Please check your local postal sites if you have questions regarding types of goods.
