Treatment: unfinished wood and may have slight blemishes and may not be completely smooth as they are meant to be sanded, painted or varnished before using. Striations and wood pattern and shades will vary on each bead and lot as well. Some may still have bits of wood from the center core that may need to be poked out/finished before using. I do include a few extra beads in case I miss any flaws as some may include minor dents or flat spots
